Raw materials/

Thermoforming from roll: we use ABS, PS, PVC, PET—transparent, pigmented, or flocked finish—with thicknesses ranging from 0.15 to 2.00 mm, and maximum dimensions of 745x600x120 mm.

Thermoforming from ABS or PS sheets in various colors, also with custom screen-printed solutions. Maximum dimensions 1000x700x300 mm, thickness 2–5 mm.
We carefully select shock-resistant materials to produce highly protective packaging with a perfect product fit.

We provide our clients with a 2,000 m² area equipped for every need:

  • 3 automated roll-fed thermoformers
  • 2 manual sheet-fed thermoformers
  • 1 high-frequency welding machine for packaging
  • 2 machining centers for mold and prototype production
